Terms & Conditions
Effective and last updated: August 1, 2026
These terms cover your use of the regainit.net website. They are a general baseline for visitors browsing the site and requesting a consultation — they are not the contract for any specific project. If you hire regAInit systems, the scope, price, and timeline for that work are set out separately, in writing, before we start.
1. Who we are
regAInit systems is an automation and AI consultancy based in Durham, North Carolina, serving small businesses in the Triangle. You can reach us at hello@regainit.net.
2. Using this website
You're welcome to browse the site, read the pricing and FAQ sections, and submit an inquiry through the contact form or book a consultation through our scheduling tool. Please don't attempt to scrape, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its backend systems.
3. Requesting a consultation
Submitting the contact form or booking a free consultation does not create a contract between us. It's the start of a conversation. Nothing is owed by either side until we agree on a scope and price in writing for a specific engagement.
4. Pricing shown on this site
Prices and time estimates on the pricing section are current as of the last update but are illustrative starting points, not quotes. Your actual price depends on what we scope together during the paid scoping session. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.
5. Third-party tools we use
Booking is handled by Cal.com and is subject to Cal.com's own terms. Inquiry emails are delivered through Resend. If online payment is enabled in the future, it will be processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms. We don't control how those providers handle your data beyond what we send them, and we recommend reviewing their policies too.
6. No guaranteed outcomes
Automation and AI work is scoped to a specific, agreed problem. We stand behind what we build and include a support window after handoff (detailed in your project agreement), but we don't guarantee a particular business outcome, revenue result, or time savings figure — the numbers on this site are estimates and examples, not promises.
7. Intellectual property
The content, design, and code of this website belong to regAInit systems. Any automation, workflow, or integration we build for you as part of a paid engagement belongs to you once delivered, as described in your project agreement — we don't retain rights to your business's automations.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update this page as the business changes. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
10. Questions
Email hello@regainit.net with any questions about these terms.
